Q

An account has been locked. Can you cancel it?

A

    When an account is locked by operation such as having got a wrong several times of password input, please contact me from an inquiry page. I have the message text attach the following images on the occasion of an inquiry, and, please transmit it on this occasion because you do confirmation of person and unlock the account.


    Step 1:Please prepare Selfie image.
    ・Please describe 3 points of [application content: request to cancel account lock], 【name】, 【application date】 on the memo paper you have.
    ・Please shoot Selfie image (photo) clearly like memorandum and one of the identity confirmation document ID submitted to our company and yourself face can fit in one picture.


    ※When the image blurring / character discrimination is impossible, it becomes inadequate and please resubmit.


    Step 2: Please attach the image prepared in Step 1 to the e-mail and send it.

What should I register for bank account?

A

    Registration of bank account is necessary as a receipt account when dispatching USD from BTC-GIAODICH. To register, you can login to BTC-GIAODICH account and enter and register on the left menu> Bank account page. Customers who have not completed bank account registration will be limited by withdrawal by USD, so please register as soon as possible.

The address has changed. Do I need to change my registered address?

    If your current address changes, please follow the procedure below to change.


    Step 1:
    Upload when applying for change, identity confirmation documents (ID 2 type), Selfie image, address confirmation document
    Step 2:
    Once we have confirmed and approved by us, the change procedure is completed.


    ※Deposits / withdrawals / transactions are not permitted until the change procedure is completed.
    ※If the address is changed again during the address change procedure (before the address approval is completed), you will need to verify your identity again.

My name has changed. Do I need to change the registered name as well?

    If the name has been changed, please change procedure by the following procedure.


    Step 1:

    Change of bank account registration information (name of bank transferer) (※ only for bank account registrant for withdrawing from USD)
    Step 3:
    Once we have confirmed and approved by us, the change procedure is completed.

I want to cancel my account (close the account).

    Please contact us from the inquiry page to request unsubscription.
    We will proceed with the withdrawal (account closing) procedure after confirming your identity.


    After withdrawal (account closure), you can not withdraw from Bit Coin (BTC), Ethical (ETH), Philippine Peso (USD).
    With regard to coins and legal currencies owned by customers by withdrawal (closure), we would like to ask you to withdraw the entire amount.

I want to change my e-mail address.

A

    (1) Log in to BTC-GIAODICH.
    (2) Menu on left menu > Go to [Change mail address] from [Settings] page.
    (3) Enter the password, register the new mail address and click the "Send confirmation email" button.
    (4) Since confirmation e-mail is sent from BTC-GIAODICH to the new e-mail address, clicking on the URL described in the body will complete the change of e-mail address.

I want to change my password.

A

    (1) Log in to BTC-GIAODICH.
    (2) Left menu menu > Go to [Password] from the [Setting] page.
    (3) Enter the current password, register the new password and click the "Send confirmation email" button, the password change is completed.

Can I register multiple accounts?

A

    The account opening of individual customers is limited to one account per person.

Q

Is it necessary to register a phone number?

A

    When you enter phone number registration and confirmation code, you can register new mail address.
